System Requirements

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 or later
After installing the .NET Framework, we strongly recommend running Windows Update and installing the latest Important and Optional updates.

Microsoft Exchange Server 2019, 2016 or 2013
Exchange Anti-Spam Toolkit needs to be installed and licensed on each Exchange server in your organization to enable full functionality. Installing on a single Exchange Server is supported for management of built-in Exchange anti-spam features. Additional filtering functionality is provided by custom transport agents which need to be installed on all Edge Transport servers, or on all Mailbox servers (if your organization does not use the Edge Transport role).

The latest service pack for Exchange is recommended. The Exchange Mailbox Role is required, while the Edge Transport role is optional. All features of Exchange Anti-Spam Toolkit are supported without any Edge Transport servers.

Windows Server 2019, 2016 or 2012 R2
Desktop operating systems (Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10) are not supported by Exchange Anti-Spam Toolkit as it needs to be installed on each Exchange Server and Internet Information Services is required. Installing the latest service pack and Windows Updates is strongly recommended.
